SMOKED PRAWN CROSTINI

WITH WHIPPED GOAT CHEESE

Ingredients

  • 1 packet of natural smoked prawns

  • 1/2 baguette sliced

  • 150 g goat cheese

  • 120 g cream cheese

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • fresh dill to serve

Instructions

Step 1: Slice half a baguette on the diagonal.

Step 2: Brush baguette slices with olive oil. Toast in 190C one for 7-8 minutes, turning once halfway through.

Step 3: Beat goat cheese, cream cheese, honey and lemon zest until well combined.

Step 4: Top slices with a smear of whipped honey-lemon goat cheese, and add a few pieces of smoked prawns. Garnish with fresh dill and more lemon zest. Serve immediately.
