Smoked Mussels with Spaghetti and Tomato Sauce

A really rustic and easy recipe for the whole family.


  • 1 packet Norfolk Bay Gourmet Seafoods Wood Smoked Mussels
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 150g cherry tomatoes 
  • Chili flakes
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/2 box spaghetti
  • Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning to taste

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Sautee diced garlic on medium-low heat until aromatic.

Step 2

Add the diced tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, and fresh parsley.

Step 3

Simmer for 5 minutes. Add Norfolk Bay Gourmet Seafood’s Chilli Smoked Mussels and allow lightly to simmer.

Step 4

Heat through and season to taste. Add drained pasta to the saucepan and stir to coat completely with sauce.

Step 5

Add Italian seasoning and chilli flakes.

Step 6

Serve with parmesan and basil.
