SMOKED PRAWN ON AVOCADO TOAST

Ingredients

  • 1 packet of natural smoked prawns

  • 3 or 4 slices of sourdoug bread, or bread of choice

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 tomato

  • Salt an black pepper to taste

  • Chopped fresh dill to garnish

Instructions

Step 1: Using a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Place the bread slices down into the pan and let heat up. After about 4 minutes, flip all the bread and toast the other side.

Step 2: Combine avocado, lemon juice, salt and black pepper in a small bowl. Lightly mash the avocado mixture using a fork.

Step 3: Combine avocado, diced tomato, lemon juice, salt and black pepper in a small bowl. Lightly mash the avocado mixture using a fork.

Step 4: Spread avocado on toasted bread and top each with a few smoked prawns. Sprinkle with dill and serve immediately.
