SMOKED PRAWN PIZZA WITH CHORIZO, TOMATOES AND MOZZARELLA

Ingredients

  • 1 packet of our natural wood smoked prawns

  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

  • 250 g cherry tomatoes

  • 10 g thinly sliced chorizo

  • 2 cups grated mozarella

  • Passata sauce

  • Chopped fresh parsley to garnish

  • Pizza base of your choice

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 160°C fan-forced or 180°C for a conventional oven.

Step 2: Spread sauce over dough, leaving 2cm border. Top with cherry tomatoes, chorizo and prawns. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Top with fresh parsley and cook pizza for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crisp.
