SPANISH MARINATED PRAWN APPETISER
Ingredients
1 tub of Marinated Prawns
12 green olives
12 pickled cocktail onions
12 slices Marinated Roasted Red Peppers
Olive oil
Oregano
Black Pepper and Salt
Instructions
Step 1: Cut each prawn in half
Step 2: Onto a cocktail stick, thread 1 olive, 1 cocktail onion, 1 slice of roasted red pepper and 1 piece of prawn. Repeat with the rest.
Step 3: Serve them on a plate, or in glasses. Once you have plated them, drizzle with olive oil, and season with oregano, black pepper and salt.
